MILAN-2017

MILAN, the Talent Hunt Fest was organized by the Second Year Students of MBA [Tourism and Travel Management], School of Business Studies and Social Sciences on June 22 and 23, 2017. A number of competitions were organized between the First and Second Year Students of MBA T with the objective of welcoming the new batch of students, introducing them to the culture of the University and unearthing their talents and potential. MILAN also provided a platform for the Senior Students to build a healthy rapport with the Junior Students and get to know each other better.
This would invariably help them to work together successfully for all the upcoming events in the Discipline and in the University. The theme for MILAN 2017 was “Cultures of the World”.  The various cultural, art and literary events included in MILAN this year that allowed the participants to showcase their talents and skills were Travel Writing, Travel Quiz, Cooking without Fire, Junk Art, Just A Minute, Singing and Dance. In the Valedictory Function that followed, Dr Joby Thomas, Academic Coordinator, School of Business Studies and Social Sciences presented the Overall Trophy to the First Year Students of MBA T for their participation and enthusiastic performance.
