Big Four Hiring

The Big Four professional services companies consisting of Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have been part of the placement process at Christ University campus for many years now. The Big Four have recruited over a thousand students both from the UG and PG programs over the years, as the talent pool available at Christ is amongst the best in the country. Students looking to start a career in professional services like accounting, audit & tax will find a perfect launch to their careers, because of the frequency with which these Big Four firms engage with Fortune 500 companies and the rich exposure that they offer to fresh recruits. Of late, Ernst & Young and Deloitte have also been recruiting our BSc and Engineering students apart from the regular recruitment of BCom, BBA, MCom and MBA students over the years.
Though the Cost To Company (CTC) ranges from Rs 3.3 Lakhs to 4.8 Lakhs per annum for fresh graduates, these students have a lot of potential to earn more over the years. 
Skill sets and knowledge that our commerce and management students gain due to the industry tailored curriculum taught in the areas of Tax, Accountancy, Budget, GST make a huge difference in helping them get placed in the Big Four companies. Similarly, BSc Mathematics and Statistics students’ knowledge on Statistical methods and their applications to problem solving, data analytics software, finance, risk management is of immense help. Our students display a good aptitude, attitude and possess good verbal and written communication skills as some of the job profiles involve client facing and interaction. Soft Skill training provided by the University, help develop skills necessary for employability by involvement in Department activities such as CUCA, commerce association, extra-curricular activities, current affairs sessions.
