Inaugural of HR Club 2017-2018
School of Business Studies and Social Sciences, Christ University, Bannergatta Campus organised the Inaugural of HR Club on 30th June 2017.
The main objective of the HR Club is to, to enhance the capability and credibility of future HR Professionals in this dynamic world and to lead in development and promotion of good practices in the field of HR Management.
The Speaker for the lecture was Mr. Chetan Reddy , who is presently working with Wipro in the HR Department .He has around five years of work experience in his lecture he discussed the latest trends in Human Resource Management, .His introduced the participants with many examples and challenges faced by the HR department .He also spoke about the relevance of Data Analytics in HR as it’s an upcoming field and many could take up as a career in it .
The Road Map for the HR club was revealed which had Guest lectures, training programs many more events on the cards.
The Event was anchored by students of HR Club from BBA Honours HR Specialization. Event was conducted under the guidance of HR Club Faculty in charge Rashmi Rai.
