The two-day National Seminar on Development and Ecological Sustainability: Issues in Emerging India saw active participation from 8 Indian states. The organizer of the seminar was Dr Antoney P U, Professor, Dept of Life Sciences. Many interesting abstracts were presented by the participants and discussions relating to wildlife biology and conservation took place. Also the launch of the Proceedings book containing the abstracts submitted also took place during the seminar.
