CHRIST University Excels in India Today MDRA Best Colleges of India Ranking 2024

CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has once again proven its commitment to excellence in education with outstanding rankings in the India Today MDRA Best Colleges of India Ranking 2024. CHRIST has achieved remarkable rankings across various disciplines this year, setting new benchmarks and reinforcing its reputation for excellence and service.

In the national rankings, CHRIST University secured the top Bachelor of Computer Application position, showcasing its leadership in Computer Science education. Additionally, the university ranked 3rd in Bachelor of Business Administration, 6th in Social Work, 8th in Mass Communication, 11th in Bachelor of Commerce, 13th in Bachelor of Sciences, 13th in Law, 13th in Hotel Management, and 15th in Bachelor of Arts. While these rankings are a testament to the university's academic prowess, it also secured the 70th position in Engineering, reflecting its diverse offerings.

The Bangalore campuses of CHRIST University have also achieved remarkable city rankings, further solidifying its position as a top educational institution. The university secured the top position in Bachelor of Computer Application, Bachelor of Business Administration, Social Work, and Bachelor of Commerce. Report on Annual Sports Day 2013 School of Education organized a one day Sports day for its students of B.Ed and MA Education on the 16 th of February 2013. Its objective was to develop in the students a sporting spirit, a venue to display their physical prowess and gain hands on experience of organizing a sports day at a school in future.   The day was scheduled to begin at 7:30am at the Christ University campus, where the students assembled near the auditorium block. Two buses were utilized to transport the students to the Christ University Kengeri campus which was the venue of the Sports Day. All required arrangements were made there. On reaching the campus at 9:00 am, there was short break for tea. Ample seating arrangement and a tent was erected on the vast sporting grounds of the campus. REPORT ON DISPLAY OF TEACHING AIDS - SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

The event that has given the opportunity to the teacher trainees to display and demonstrate their teaching aids and teaching models was conducted on 10 th January,   2014.   The event was inaugurated by Prof. Mallika Krishnaswami, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences, Christ University. The Dean addressed the student teachers with an inspiring talk. A Report on One Day Exhibition, Workshop and Lecture on Numismatics

Department of History and   Kannada,Christ University in collaboration with Karnataka Numismatics Society , Bangalore organized a one day   exhibition, workshop and lecture on numismatics” on 12 July,2014 in Gourmet extension and Assembly Hall ,Block -2 from 9 am to 3pm. The programme was divided into two slots, exhibition and lecture session. The programme began with an   inauguration of the exhibition in gourmet basement at 9.30 by Mahesh Jambulingam , President , Karnataka Numismatic Society and Dr.John Joseph Kennedy, Dean, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Christ University. Faculty members along with prominent members   from Numismatics Society witnessed the session.     The next slot of the programme was held in Assembly Hall, block 2, from 9.45 am to 11 am.
